Due to high demand, Orders are generally shipped from the older to the newest ones and dispatching takes about 1 to 3 working days. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when your item is on the way.
Your order will be sent to the address that is on your order.
Please make sure that this address is complete with a house number, street, and postcode and that it is the correct delivery address.

DELIVERY DELAYS
Please note we do our best to provide you with a quick and efficient service but sometimes delays can occur.
You've given it a few days and the situation remains so just follow these steps:
STEP 1: Check the delivery address of the order.
STEP 2: Check that you have not been left a red card from the mail through your letter box stating that they tried to deliver and are holding your package at the post office. It's also a good idea to check with neighbors and places around your property for left parcels and contact your local post office.

POLICY AND TERMS
By placing an order at Safjey, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees, and the cost of return shipping back to us. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
